February Fitness Class Fun!
IBD Connect Inc. recently joined forces with fitness professional Bryan Whynot for an invigorating fitness session at Forcefield Athletics. The fitness class was geared to both children and adults and encompassed stretching, proper form, safety, and basic conditioning. After the workout, Bryan dove into the correlation between autoimmune disease, nutrition, and fitness. He shared some information on his own personal journey with IBD, and shed light on how nutrition and fitness played pivotal roles in shaping his experience with chronic illness. Thank you Bryan for an incredible afternoon and for sharing your expertise and experience with some of our local group members!
