About Tricia

Tricia Bowen joins us with an Education background, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Professional Writing as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education. She has been teaching for over 20 years and her passion lies in the hearts of children, believing that every child should get what they need to be successful.Tricia claims Leicester as her home with her husband John and daughters MacKenzie and Kaylynn. MacKenzie was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2018 at the age of 11. Not knowing anything about the illness they were facing, she joined the local Support Group and has been an integral part of the group and the company since. In her own words, “My family and I would not be where we are today without the friends that have become family! I am here to serve each and every one of you so please reach out!” She truly lives the mission of IBD Connect and joined the Board of Directors in 2020. We look forward to her enthusiasm and willingness to serve the IBD community.
