Jay Fong

​Dr Jay Fong has been a Pediatric Gastroenterologist practicing in Worcester county for 15 years.  He welcomes the opportunity to do more for the IBD community that goes beyond what Medical treatment can traditionally accomplish.   He has found the Community and family-centered approach of IBD Connect to be an avenue towards enhancing the ability for families to not only learn to live with a Chronic disease, but to adapt, thrive and in turn support others facing a new diagnosis.​Jay spends his spare time with his wife Cindy, sons Christian and Gabriel in their hometown of Grafton, MA. He enjoys yearly visits to his 2nd home being the Country up North, sampling craft beers, roasting coffee beans, and driving his boys to many activities.
